What You'll Do As a QMHS/Case Manager at RBH, you'll be a champion for those who need it most. Your days will be dynamic and deeply rewarding as you: Empower clients by conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting personalized care plans that honor their unique strengths, goals, and needs Open doors to critical mental health services and community resources, ensuring no one falls through the cracks Advocate fiercely for clients, breaking down barriers so they receive the support and treatment they deserve Collaborate daily with a passionate interdisciplinary team committed to exceptional, client-centered care Be a guide —helping clients navigate insurance benefits, transportation, crisis situations, and the complex landscape of community resources Build trust through authentic relationships, becoming a consistent, caring presence in your clients' lives Drive outcomes through meticulous documentation, compliance excellence, and thoughtful case management. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who lead with heart and bring both skill and dedication to their work.
Ideal candidates will have:
A minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges Group therapy experience across a variety of treatment modalities A Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred) A genuine passion for community-based mental health and advocacy Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care If you're someone who thrives on connection, finds purpose in service, and wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment—we want to meet you.
