Job Description Position Summary The Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) delivers mental health and social services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychological, or social challenges. The LISW conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides therapy, coordinates care, and connects clients with community resources.
