Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Behavioral Health Case Manager - II, where your expertise will drive exceptional patient outcomes through comprehensive case management. In this vital role, you will facilitate psycho-social rehabilitative groups (PSR) for individuals with mental health diagnosis working on adult daily living skills, coping skills and other vital topics necessary for client success. Responsibilities Lead PSR groups Effectively communicate curriculum in a group setting Gauge participants knowledge of the subject matter Express client's knowledge and participation of subject matter by keeping daily and weekly notes Hand in completed notes in a timely manner Work 25-30 hours per week Monday through
Thursday Qualifications:
Must have Behavioral Health Case Management-II certificate from the state of Oklahoma Experience leading groups preferred as well as adherence to curriculum. Have first aid and CPR certification. Submit to background check. Be contracted with Medicaid through the state of Oklahoma or be eligible for contract. Have current NPI number.
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
