Job Description

BCBA York & Adams Counties Full-time or Part-time Hourly Pay starts at $30 for all worked hours and increases with prior experience. Job Duties:
Meet with clients and caregivers in the home, community, and school settings. Develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor goals through data collection and analysis. Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and the implementation of the ITP. Collaborate with team members regularly.
Qualifications:
The BCBA must be licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have certification as a BCBA. Experience working with children is preferred.
Job Requirements:
The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
