Description Experience:

Licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker. Licensed in PA as a social worker or behavior specialist and have graduate degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling from accredited college or university. Have completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and a graduate degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice of psychology, social work, education, or counseling from accredited college or university.

Job Duties:

Provides individual and family psychotherapy from a collaborative, strengths focused, respectful, outcomes informed perspective. Develops, maintain and reviews treatment plan in accordance with agency, state and CCBH document standards and regulations. The treatment plan must be developed in collaboration with the identified client and their family and coordinated with other team members. Completes all documentation in accordance with policies and standards/regulations. Participates in trainings, staff meetings, and supervision. Salary up to $36.00 depending on experience and qualificatons. Additional Details
