IMMEDIATELY
seeking a Program Specialist (Case Manager) to provide services in an Adult Day Program in Swarthmore. Take home $1,000 or MORE each week! Client's available schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • Oversee required documentation like assessments, support plans, and progress updates.
  • Help create and monitor engaging, goal-focused activities for the individuals we support.
  • Manage incident reporting and follow through to ensure issues are resolved appropriately.
  • Act as a main point of contact for families and team members while keeping health and safety a top priority.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant course study required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
  • Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
  • Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
