STRIVE is a modern, trauma-informed mental health practice serving Mesa and the East Valley. Our team specializes in helping clients heal through evidence-based psychotherapy that is grounded in nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and whole-person wellness. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing team and provide psychotherapy services to adults, teens, and couples in a hybrid setting. Part-time W-2 position Minimum of 15 clinical hours per week Hybrid model (in-person and telehealth) Opportunity to grow hours over time based on interest and availability Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the clinical team when appropriate Maintain ethical, trauma-informed standards of care Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities
