Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW) Family Affairs-The Centre Wellness Centre Hagerstown, Maryland | In-Person Hybrid Telehealth Opportunities Contractual 1099 position Join a Practice Where You Can Focus on People—Not Paperwork. Family Affairs-The Centre Wellness Centre is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice committed to strengthening individuals and families through compassionate, high-quality mental health care. We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Whether you're looking to build an individual caseload, facilitate therapy groups, or create a combination that fits your schedule, we offer the flexibility to support your professional goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy. Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups based on your clinical expertise and interests. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements. Utilize
DSM-5-TR
diagnostic criteria and ICD-10 coding. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. Collaborate with community providers, schools, physicians, and other professionals to coordinate care. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. Deliver services in person and/or via secure telehealth platforms. Minimum Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current Maryland license to practice is required. (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or other Maryland-approved behavioral health license.) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. Telehealth experience is a plus. Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply. What We Offer Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle.
