Behavioral Health Clinician - Hybrid - Hiring Bonus! Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc is seeking a part-time (15 hrs/week) behavioral health clinician (hybrid/one day in office). The Behavioral Health Clinician provides in-home and community-based counseling to older adults, case consultation to ESWA staff, and training on behavioral health topics. This role supports older adults enrolled in ESWA programs and ensures high-quality, compliant, person-centered behavioral health services.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. 2. Licensure or licensed eligible and ability to practice in the state of Massachusetts as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) required. 3. A minimum of two years in behavioral health field including clinical mental health settings, ideally with older adults with complex health needs preferred. 4. Experience with assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary teams required. 5. Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills required. 6. Multilingual proficiency preferred. 7. Knowledge of the long-term care and social service delivery systems, community resources and the local service systems for older adults and persons with disabilities required.

Ability to work constructively as a team member. 6. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Outlook). 7. Must have moderate physical mobility. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb stairs. 8. Ability to drive to provide home visits and attend meetings/trainings/conferences in the surrounding community.
Compensation and Benefits:
A staged hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.
