Individual and Group Supervision Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors to join our rapidly growing team and provide high-quality counseling services to our clients. As a Licensed Professional Counselor/ Licensed Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to individuals and groups. Your expertise in behavioral therapy and case management will be essential in helping our clients achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' mental health issues
• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Valid license as a Professional Counselor/ Social Worker in New Jersey
• Master's degree in Counseling/Social Work or a related field
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
• Familiarity with medical documentation and recordkeeping practices
• Strong assessment skills to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Ability to provide compassionate and effective patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients
