Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Boise, ID 83706 Responsibilities Case Manager-Substance Use Treatment Program This program operated by HSI requires participants to receive a certain level of treatment beyond the typical client. From a CM point of view, this engagement looks like the following: Must meet with clients weekly for 1HR (CM) Complete Report Tracking documentation for all Mental Health Court clients weekly Provide services that educate clients on community, housing, vocational, and medical services Assist the clients in completing the documentation required for the program, including but not limited to PO Reports, community service hour confirmations, and sober reports. Case Manager-Outpatient Create a safe and trusting space in order to build rapport with participants and their designated supports. Provide case management services typically on a weekly basis to your assigned participants.

Qualifications:
Pass a background check. Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, Psychology, or a related human services field. Experience in behavioral health and/or case management is preferred, but if you are new to the field and passionate about helping people, we would love to show you how. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of the NASW Code of Ethics and an understanding of confidentiality laws. Above average attention to detail is needed to stay in compliance with all the documentation requirements. Self Drive, a successful case manager is able to manage their time, complete documentation, meet deadlines. Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems. Valid Drivers License Vehicle insurance (100,000/300,000)
