The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clients through various challenges, providing guidance, resources, and advocacy to ensure their needs are met. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical practices and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Certification Required Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans. Provide clinical counseling and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Intervention. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive client information. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to coordinate care effectively. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations. Engage in child family counseling sessions when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health issues and develop appropriate treatment strategies. Stay informed about current research and best practices in case management and mental health services. Support clients dealing with chronic pain through specialized counseling techniques. Requirements A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices relevant to case management. Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience in child family counseling is a plus but not required.
