Developmental Disabilities Case Manager (SSA)

Join our team as a Service and Support Administrator (SSA) Specialist, where you'll provide essential SSA services and contribute to the statewide implementation of InterRAI assessments.

Note:

This position is not employed by the local county board and does not work at the county board's physical location. The county board address is used solely to help identify candidates in the local area.

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality SSA services in accordance with county board policies, procedures, and customer needs. Participate in a regional team effort to implement InterRAI assessments —a transformative tool for improving service planning and outcomes. Conduct assessments on behalf of county boards of developmental disabilities.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree (required). 18 months of experience conducting assessments (required). 3-5 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field (preferred). Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications & Requirements:

Ability to obtain SSA certification per Ohio DODD rule 5123:5-02. Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance. Why Join Us? Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
