• Forensic 6 Unit-Utah State Hospital The Utah State Hospital is seeking a motivated, compassionate clinical Therapist to join our team on the Adult Unit.

At the Utah State Hospital we work with mentally ill individuals of all ages, with various diagnoses and wide range of severity. Our goal is to improve our patients overall quality of life and in many cases, facilitate integration into their families and community. FT / PT Status

• 5/3/2026 at 6:00 pm MST Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Evaluate and assess the needs of patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Write therapeutic assessments. Coordinate with the unit treatment team regarding treatment. Case management duties for patients.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

Licensed in the State of Utah as one of the following: CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT.

Preferred qualifications:

Empathetic and passionate about working with mentally ill patients. Experience creating social history profiles. Proficient in conducting productive therapeutic group sessions. About the Role Location
