The therapist position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to a caseload that may include individuals, families, and groups from different ethnic, age, and religious backgrounds.Compensation :
Contract Option:
Hourly $40 - $60 per hour based on experience and licensure.Salary Option:
$60,000 - $70,000/yr FT starting base Salary depending on experience and licensure. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients, individually and in a group setting, to assist them in meeting their goals. Evaluate clients' mental condition based on interviews, assessments, observations, and collaboration with other members of the clinical treatment team. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical knowledge and experience. Use evidence-based skills and interventions based on clinical knowledge. Modify treatment approaches and interventions every 6 months to complement treatment plans. Submit biweekly productivity sheets to the correct department in a timely fashion. Maintain all professional licensures required. Submit all clinical notes for services within 48 hours. Prepare and maintain all treatment records. Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment. Other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. Licensed in Maryland and/or Washington, DC Licensure as one of the following: LGPC, LCPC, LPC, LGSW, LMSW, LICSW, LGMFT, LMFT, LCMFT, PHD, Ed.D, or similar license.
