Overview Join our dedicated team as a Mental Health Practitioner and become a vital part of transforming lives through compassionate, comprehensive mental health care. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to empower individuals on their journey toward mental well-being. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches such as art therapy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure holistic support for clients Offer specialized counseling on gender issues, promoting understanding and empowerment for diverse populations Administer psychopharmacology consultations in partnership with prescribing clinicians to optimize medication management Support clients in developing coping skills, resilience, and strategies for managing mental health challenges Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with confidentiality standards Requirements Proven experience working as a Mental Health Practitioner or similar role within clinical or community settings Certification or licensure relevant to mental health practice (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities including art therapy techniques and psychopharmacology principles Ability to address gender issues counseling with sensitivity and cultural competence Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills directly impact lives.
