The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists. Provide clinical services including psychotherapy, case management and assessment. Assesses client progress and needs and creates an individualized service plan. Documents and submits encounter notes, progress reports, assessments, and other clinical records according to industry standards Will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of social work. Advocate for clients' rights and access resources and services. Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers. Facilitate group therapy sessions. Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a therapeutic setting.
