The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in therapy and case management, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adults and families, to deliver clinical counseling and support for those in need. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in promoting mental health and well-being within the practice and ensure each patient has an opportunity to feel safe and seen when receiving care. As an LSW Clinical supervision hours are available. Duties Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Offer direct support to clients during crisis situations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and coding for billing purposes. Facilitate couple/family counseling sessions to strengthen family dynamics and improve communication as needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues and community resources to ensure comprehensive patient care and knowledge of resources. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Valid licensure as a LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC in the state of New Jersey. Experience in clinical counseling, particularly with children and families. Strong skills in crisis management and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficient in maintaining accurate client records and knowledge of medical billing and diagnosis codes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
