Our clinic has a part-time opening for a therapist who has interest in being trained to treat trauma and OCD (and the overlap between them) with structured modalities. Our practice is looking for someone who is excited to learn in a collaborative environment with other clinicians, led by experienced supervisors who each have more than 25 years in the field. We offer 4-6 hours per month of training and consultation in evidence based modalities including CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).

This is a hybrid position with opportunities to work from home and from the office in both Portland and Hillsboro. Sessions that are through telehealth will be held over a secure video platform either from a suitable space in your home or from the counseling office.Job Responsibilities:
Provide psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for assigned clients. Provide individual, conjoint, and family therapy to clients including interviewing and collaborating with collateral contacts when appropriate. Use evidence based and other clinically appropriate interventions with clients with the goals of alleviating mental health symptoms, improving social and occupational functioning and relieving distress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, meeting standards of practice and legal requirements. Abide by applicable local, state, and federal laws as well as the Code Of Ethics as written by the National Association of Social Workers. Maintain good communication with the clinical director and fully participate in the process of clinical supervision. Facilitate structured treatment both in group and individual settings. You have an interest in treating trauma and OCD. Weekly supervision is provided as a job benefit along with timely consultation by an experienced LCSW.Education, License, and Experience:
Masters Degree in Social Work from an CSWE accredited university. Currently designated as or is eligible for the CSWA (clinical social work associate) designation in the State of Oregon. 6-12 months experience in a mental health clinic, hospital or similar setting (including work at the bachelor's level or field placements/internships during the MSW program).Salary and Benefits:
Wage is paid hourly at a blend of clinical and administrative rates (this is a W-2 position, not an independent contractor) 5% higher wage for bi-lingual therapists Retirement matching to a 401(k) Supervision towards Oregon LCSW and Washington LICSW Paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick leave, Clinical training in evidence based practices that are in alignment with our practice specialties.
