Full Job Description Therapist & Counselor:

Flexible hours, Contract 1099 available.

Hybrid:

Remote & In-person service delivery. Behavioral Health Providers, LLC is a private behavioral health & psychological practice with offices in North Dallas. BHP has teamed with one of the most recognized and prestigious outpatient neurology practices in North Texas to create a full service interdisciplinary care model treating neurocognitive disorders, epilepsy, functional movement disorders, MS, and more. This is an employment opportunity with unlimited potential for the clinical provider. Applicants Must be Texas Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker-Advanced Practitioner (LMSW-AP) .

Essential Functions:

Clinical evaluation Resource Referral Coordination Living Transition Planning Care Giver Support Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Individual & Family psychotherapy Treatment & discharge planning Related clinical reporting Clinic hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
