Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the psychological, social, and physiological needs of patients. Develop, implement, and review integrated care plans in collaboration with other health professionals. Provide direct clinical services including therapy and crisis intervention using evidence-based practices. Maintain rigorous documentation that meets regulatory standards and supports the therapeutic process. Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning and evaluation. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options, promoting recovery-oriented practices.
