Premium expense above $447 per month is the responsibility of the employee. Plainview ISD offers a $10,000 life insurance policy for each employee-at no cost to the employee. The district provides an online Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to the employee. Full access to the PISD Education Center's gym and fitness facility (5 a.m.- 8 p.m., daily) at no cost to the employee.
