Part-Time Recovery Manager Helpful Hands to Recovery, LLC Texoma Community Center Region 1099 Contractor | Part-Time | $30.00 per hour for billable services
Expected Start Date:
June 9, 2026 Helpful Hands to Recovery, LLC is seeking dedicated, flexible, and dependable Part-Time Recovery Managers to provide Home and Community-Based Services - Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH) Recovery Management services in the Texoma Community Center area. The
HCBS-AMH
program has been established since 2016; however, this will be the first time Texoma Community Center LMHA is offering
HCBS-AMH
services in the area. Helpful Hands to Recovery is currently hiring 2-3 staff members in preparation for services beginning June 9, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to join at the start of a new program rollout.
HCBS-AMH
serves adults with serious mental illness who may have experienced:
Long-Term Hospitalization:
Extended inpatient psychiatric hospitalization
Jail Diversion:
Frequent arrests and psychiatric crisis Emergency Department (ED)
Diversion:
Frequent utilization of the ED and psychiatric crisis Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a part-time / on-call Recovery Manager with flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends ( hours are not guaranteed ). Provide in-home services and travel to clients' residences, as well as accompany clients to doctor's appointments, day habilitation centers, or other required community locations. Monitor client services, health, welfare, and safety through regular contact. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate services and supports. Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings. Develop, update, and manage the Individual Recovery Plan (IRP), treatment plan, and crisis plan. Collaborate with an integrated team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Manage multiple responsibilities effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure. Maintain computer proficiency for documentation and communication.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Services or a related field (required). Minimum of two years' experience working with adults with severe mental illness (SMI) . Knowledge of issues affecting individuals with SMI and community-based interventions. Compliance with coaching and supervision standards. Completion of all HHSC-required training for the
HCBS-AMH
program.
