Range starts at $70,200.00 annually (pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)
Schedule :

Health Savings & Reimbursement Out-of-pocket medical expenses may be eligible for reimbursement through our Garner HRA — up to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families. Depending on your medical plan selection, you may also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA), with a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1,800 for families. Retirement Our 401(k) plan accepts both pre-tax and Roth (post-tax) contributions and includes a company match of up to 6% of your annual salary. Job Summary The Therapist II (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) is a fully licensed clinician that conducts mental health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives. The Therapist ensures compliance with ethical standards, participates in professional development, and maintains timely documentation. The Therapist also provides clinical supervision to licensed therapists as qualified and assigned. Essential Functions Conducts assessments to diagnose mental health and substance abuse disorders Directs clients' care by developing, implementing, and managing personalized care plans with specific treatment goals and objectives for each client Provides therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and provide crisis support using approved evidence-based tools to effectively enhance treatment Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations Meets direct care expectations Provides individual clinical supervision to assigned under-licensed therapists upon completion of two years of practice with full licensure Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements
Requirements:
Education Master's degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent. Experience 1.5 years clinical experience Licenses/Certificates Full Licensure - No supervison needed
CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC
licensure in state of Utah Agency provided certifications
