The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:

Case Management Services :

Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.

Service Plans :

Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.

Crisis Intervention :

Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.

Evaluations and Assessments :

Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.

Facilitate Wraparound Meetings :

Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. • $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

Qualifications Licensure :

Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).

Education :

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
