Mattawa, WA We are actively seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a highly collaborative, integrated primary care team serving the Connell, Pasco, and Othello communities . Base Salary:

Job Duties:
Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions Collaborate directly with primary care providers in real time Support patients with chronic and acute mental health needs Educate patients and staff on behavioral health strategies Work within an integrated, interdisciplinary care model Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What We're Looking For Active LICSW or LMHC license in Washington Bilingual (English/Spanish)- required Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations Experience in integrated care or fast-paced clinical settings preferred Team-oriented, patient-centered approach Why Join our team?
