4x10 Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Contract Length:

13 weeks

Weekends:

Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Marriage & Family Therapist Independent Clinical Social Worker Required Experience Must Have:

Crisis risk assessments for: o Adults o Pediatrics Emergency psych/behavioral health experience Minimum 1 year experience

Preferred:

Hospital experience Unit / Patient Population Adult Emergency Department Pediatric Emergency Department Psychiatric crisis patients Expected patient ratio: Around 7 patients

Main Responsibilities:

Biopsychosocial assessments Crisis intervention 5150/involuntary holds Treatment planning Individual/family/marriage counseling Care coordination Community resource referrals Substance abuse counseling/resources Protective services coordination Guardianship/POA assistance

Important Scheduling Notes:

No block scheduling Every other weekend required

Floating Policy:

Traveler may float between nearby affiliated facilities. #
