About the Role Home Assist is an elevated home management service dedicated to helping busy families reclaim their peace of mind. We provide a "Hotel Chic" experience by managing the essential daily tasks that keep a household running smoothly. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and multi-talented individual to join the team as a Home Management Associate . This isn't just a cleaning job it's a "Home Triage" role. You will be the calm in the storm for our clients, handling everything from the family dog to the kids' homework.

Key Responsibilities Environmental Care:

Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a "Hotel Reset" aesthetic (straightening living areas, loading/unloading the dishwasher, light laundry).

Pet Concierge:

Provide attentive care for household pets, including walks, feeding, and companionship.

Academic Support:

Provide homework assistance and tutoring for school-aged children, ensuring they stay on track with their studies.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with light household admin such as sorting mail, organizing files, or managing basic scheduling.

You can pivot from organizing a pantry to explaining a math problem without missing a beat.

Professional & Polished:

You understand the "Hotel Chic" vibe and bring a calm, professional presence into our clients' homes.

Pet Lover:

Reliable:

You have your own transportation and a track record of punctuality. Requirements Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or professional cleaning/organization. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Strong communication skills. Must be local to the Chandler/Maricopa County area. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($25+).
