This role requires flexibility, patience, passion and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for children of various ages. Duties Manager/ house roles and assist with children Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment. Homeschooling - Schedule will be given in person, must follow all homeschooling and cleaning expectations. Interview in phone and in person to meet both children. Assist with daily routines , manager with house duties, cleaning, and homeschooling. Organize playtime activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development. Provide support with homeschooling schedule & activities. Maintain cleanliness in play areas and ensure toys are organized. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress daily and any concerns. provide cooking, snack time, and cleaning. cleaning- this list will be given in person to being a manager role Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety while encouraging exploration and learning. Experience Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred and require. Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for children. Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on patience and empathy. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor. Experience babysitting or caring for children of various ages is highly desirable. Knowledge of child development principles is a plus.
