Job Description
About DSP At Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health), we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Child Psychiatry services through a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. We deliver individualized, high-quality care while creating a supportive environment where team members can grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Role Overview As a Child Care Specialist , you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children from age 2 onwards. You will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and support meaningful skill development across communication, social, play, and daily living domains. Services may be provided in clinic, home, community, and/or school settings , depending on client needs and assigned programs. Paid training and ongoing clinical supervision are provided, including support toward RBT certification.

0 8:00 AM - 06:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Support skill acquisition and behavior goals across developmental areas Collect and document data to track client progress Communicate with families in coordination with the clinical team Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetingsQualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Reliable and consistent attendance, including punctuality at assigned locations and required trainings Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including floor-based activities, active movement, and lifting to 50 lbs Valid driver's license Prompt and responsive communication throughout the hiring and onboarding process is requiredPreferred:
