Schedule:
Approximately 35 hours per week
Weekly Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
7:30 AM•3:30
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
11:30 AM•6:00 PM $40•45 per hour, based on experience Guaranteed hours Vacation Paid Holidays Position Overview A warm, professional family is seeking an experienced Career Nanny to provide exceptional care for their three young children, including infant twins 6 months old and the oldest attends preschool full time. This is a long-term position for a dedicated nanny who is passionate about child development, values consistency, and enjoys becoming an integral part of a family's support system. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, organized, and confident caring for multiple young children while maintaining a calm, structured environment. Responsibilities Childcare Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for young children Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and developmental milestones Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, play, and daily schedules Encourage creativity, independence, and positive social-emotional development Duties around the house Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children Children's laundry Wash and sanitize bottles and feeding supplies Organize children's bedrooms, nursery, and play areas Maintain children's supplies and nursery inventory Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience Extensive newborn and infant experience required Previous experience caring for twins or multiple young children strongly preferred Strong household management skills Current CPR and First Aid Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable transporting children Comfortable swimmer Non-smoker Excellent professional references Vaccinated preferred, but not required The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Warm, nurturing, and dependable Professional and discreet Highly organized and proactive An excellent communicator Experienced managing multiple children's routines Passionate about early childhood development Seeking a long-term position with one family Additional Information Long-term position (one year or longer) Occasional travel may be requested No overnight care required No additional household staff Children enjoy outings, parks, classes, and playdates, and the family encourages an active, engaging lifestyle.
