One infant, around 10 months old at start The Natural Nanny Collective is partnering with a warm, loving family in Irvine seeking an intuitive, confident nanny for their infant son. This is a full-charge role with autonomy to lead the day, build a thoughtful routine, and create a calm, engaging environment for a happy, easygoing baby who's on a consistent routine and just beginning solids (including baby-led weaning). What This Family Is Looking For Highly experienced with infants and confident caring for a baby independently Intuitive, calm, and naturally nurturing Engaged and genuinely enjoys interacting with babies throughout the day Comfortable taking initiative without constant direction Knowledgeable in infant development, routines, and feeding transitions Montessori-inspired, child-led approach a plus Professional and respectful of a work-from-home dynamic Job Duties Attentive, developmentally supportive care for one infant (bottles, naps, diapering, transitions) Support introduction of solids/baby-led weaning alongside parents Age-appropriate activities: reading, singing, sensory and interactive play Maintain a clean, organized childcare space; wash bottles, tidy play areas Take initiative planning the day while communicating openly with parents Occasional outings using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Requirements 2+ years of professional nanny experience, with strong infant experience CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Legally authorized to work in the United States Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP and MMR required) Clear background check and motor vehicle report Fluent in English Benefits Guaranteed hours for consistent income Paid time off and paid holidays Mileage reimbursement (excluding commute) Health insurance stipend (open to discussion for the right candidate) Supportive, respectful work environment Long-term, stable position with a wonderful family If you're a warm, confident, developmentally-minded nanny, we'd love to hear from you.
