Schedule Monday-Friday:

3:00 PM-9:00

PM Most Saturdays:

8:30 AM-3:00 PM Occasional flexibility appreciated

Compensation:

$30-$32 per hour, depending on experience About the Family You will be caring for three children, ages 4, 7, and 10. Two of the children are high-functioning and diagnosed on the autism spectrum. They attend general education classrooms and benefit from caregivers who can provide consistency, positive reinforcement, and thoughtful behavioral support. Experience working with neurodivergent children or children with ASD is highly valued. Responsibilities Arrive before the children return home and help maintain tidy, organized children's spaces Pick up children from school and transport them to activities as needed Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children and parent Support after-school routines, homework oversight, and engaging activities Assist with bedtime routines, including baths, teeth brushing, and medication administration when needed Foster a nurturing, structured, and developmentally supportive environment Use positive behavior guidance, redirection, and creative engagement strategies to help maintain routines and transitions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of full-time, in-home nanny experience Experience with or strong comfort caring for children on the autism spectrum Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Strong swimmer (family has a pool) Dependable, patient, organized, and proactive Current vaccinations required:

TDAP, TB
