LA Fitness is looking for energetic, reliable, and caring individuals to join our Kids Klub team! As a Kids Klub Attendant, you'll provide exceptional care for our members' children while parents enjoy their workout. If you're friendly, dependable, and passionate about working with kids, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
- Greet members and assist with the child check-in/check-out process.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care.
- Maintain a clean and organized Kids Klub area.
- Communicate professionally with parents and fellow team members.
- Follow all club safety policies and childcare procedures.
- Cross-train to assist at the front desk when needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children is preferred (daycare, babysitting, preschool, coaching, etc.).
- Friendly, energetic, and patient with children of all ages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
