Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Mother's Helper to support a private family in a dynamic, fast-paced household. This role is ideal for someone who can "wear many hats," balancing attentive infant care with thoughtful home support. The ideal candidate is polished, intuitive, and takes pride in maintaining a calm, well-run environment while anticipating the needs of the family. Responsibilities Infant & Childcare Support Provide attentive, nurturing care for an infant Household & Home Management Laundry management (washing, folding, organizing, and putting away to a high standard) Closet and home organization (must have strong attention to detail) Kitchen upkeep, dishwashing, and daily resets Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas and children's spaces Household Coordination Light errands and household support as needed Preparing simple snacks when requested Supporting the overall flow and organization of the home Lifestyle Support Comfortable assisting during local outings and events Willingness to travel locally with the family as needed Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Maintain safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate routines Support parents with day-to-day childcare needs Qualifications Strong infant care experience (required) Experience in private homes or high-standard household environments preferred Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanor Proactive and self-directed with the ability to anticipate needs Flexible availability, including weekends (Wednesday-Sunday schedule) Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Ideal Candidate Calm, polished, and highly dependable Takes initiative without needing direction Values discretion and professionalism in a private home Comfortable in a high-expectation environment Naturally organized and takes pride in creating order

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
