Job Description

A warm, busy family of five in Stanford is seeking a kind, experienced, and proactive Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant to help care for their three children and support the family's active afternoon schedule. The ideal candidate is a seasoned nanny who genuinely enjoys being around children, is energetic and confident managing multiple active kids, and can comfortably move between childcare, school pickups, activity transportation, and child-related household support. The family is looking for someone who can take initiative during downtime without needing to be micromanaged.

Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, engaging, and active care for three children Safely manage school pickups and transportation to activities Drive children to soccer, baseball, playdates, and other activities Handle children's laundry and child-related household organization Prepare lunches and snacks Keep play areas and common spaces tidy Organize playdates and weekly children's activities Supervise outdoor play, sports, and afternoon activities Support the children's dinner and evening transition Assist with dinner cleanup and kitchen reset when needed Maintain clear and timely communication with parents
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children preferred Experience caring for multiple school-age children Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable and confident driving children Strong English communication skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Comfortable with a flexible schedule and occasional full-day coverage CPR & First Aid certification Negative TB Test, Flu Vaccine & COVID vaccination Valid driver's license, clean driving record Must pass a comprehensive background check
