Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable, patient, and caring nanny to provide attentive childcare for an infant and a three-year-old child on Wednesdays through Fridays. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and passionate about early childhood care, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for the children every day. Your dedication will help foster their growth while maintaining a positive and structured routine. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for both infant and toddler, ensuring their safety at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and age-appropriate activities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children with educational play, reading, singing, and creative activities to promote development Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning toys and children's areas Support preschool readiness by encouraging social skills, sharing, and basic learning activities Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently Qualifications Proven experience working with infants and young children in a nannying or daycare setting Knowledge of child development milestones for infants and preschoolers Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, compassion, and flexibility Familiarity with meal preparation suitable for young children and managing special dietary requirements Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers Join us in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
