baby sitter for 3 months old baby girl in Yorba Linda family with infant Yorba Linda, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $28 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications CPR Certification First Aid Certification Feeding for children Pediatric first aid Infants Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a caring and attentive babysitter to provide dedicated care for a 3-month-old baby girl in Yorba Linda. $28-30/hour (W2) on SUNDAY This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of a young child by creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with infants, ensuring their well-being and happiness at all times. Your primary focus will be to assist with daily routines, foster positive interactions, and ensure the baby's safety and comfort throughout your shift. Duties Supervise and engage with the baby girl during scheduled care times, ensuring her safety and comfort at all moments Follow established feeding, diapering, nap, and play routines to promote healthy development Monitor the baby's health and well-being, recognizing signs of discomfort or illness and responding appropriately Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to infant care, including sanitizing toys and changing areas Communicate regularly with the parent about the baby's activities and any concerns that arise Administer basic first aid if necessary, including handling emergencies with confidence Experience Prior experience in babysitting or nannying for infants or young children is highly preferred Knowledge of infant care best practices, including feeding schedules, diapering techniques, and sleep routines Certification in first aid and CPR for infants is required or willing to obtain before starting Demonstrated ability to provide nurturing caregiving while maintaining safety standards Proven track record of reliable caregiving in daycare settings or private homes Join us in creating a warm, safe environment where your dedication makes a meaningful difference in a young child's life!
