Approximately 24 hours/week to start, increasing to approximately 32 hours/week in 2027 Benefits Available in 2027: Health insurance, PTO, guaranteed hours & more About the Position We're looking for an experienced, warm, dependable nanny to care for our twin infants in our home in Erie, Colorado. Our twins are expected in November 2026, and we anticipate needing care beginning in December 2026. This is an ideal position for an experienced newborn or infant nanny looking for a long-term opportunity with a family. We plan to start with approximately 24 hours per week and increase to approximately 32 hours per week in 2027. Mom is a business owner and Dad is a data analyst who works from home, so we have flexibility when determining the exact schedule. Once established, we would like to maintain consistent weekly days and hours. As the position expands in 2027, we plan to transition to a W-2 hourly position with approximately 32 guaranteed hours per week and benefits.Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
$25- 30/hour DOE Beginning in 2027, the expanded position will include: Approximately 32 guaranteed hours per week W-2 employment Health insurance Paid time off Consistent weekly schedule Additional benefits to be discussed We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who would ideally stay with our family for several years as our twins grow.
Our ideal nanny:
Has significant professional experience caring for newborns and infants Is confident independently caring for two infants at the same time Has previous twin or multiples experience (strongly preferred) Understands infant development and developmental milestones Is comfortable establishing and maintaining feeding, bottle, napPay:
