Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Woodstock, CT, where you will provide loving and attentive care to children in a nurturing environment. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about child development and want to make a positive impact on families.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. Prepare meals and snacks for the children. Assist with homework and educational activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Provide emotional support and encouragement to children. Transport children to and from school or activities as needed. Implement routines and schedules to promote stability.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks as required. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
