Job Description

Mandarin Speaking Nanny - Full-time (4+ yrs exp required) A warm, close-knit family is seeking an experienced, engaging, and proactive Mandarin speeking nanny for their happy and healthy 7-month-old daughter. The family values honesty, integrity, open communication, and raising a curious, confident child through responsive, child-led care.

Schedule :
Monday-Thursday:
8am- 5pm, Friday 8:30-12:30 40 guaranteed hours per week
Compensation:
$30-$33 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 7-month-old infant. Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning, exploration, and sensory play. Follow the child's interests while supporting developmental milestones. Read books, enjoy outdoor walks, and engage in enriching experiences. Take the child on local outings (museum visits etc, within approximately one hour from home). Prepare bottles and support feeding routines, assist with weaning and solids Maintain the child's daily routine while allowing flexibility based on her needs. Keep the child's spaces clean and organized. Communicate regularly with the parents regarding milestones, activities, and daily updates. Ideal Candidate Experienced with infants. Warm, dependable, and highly engaged. Proactive in planning activities and supporting development. Honest, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator. Values child-led learning and responsive caregiving. Punctual and reliable. Comfortable working as a collaborative partner with the family. Family Values The family practices responsive, child-centered parenting and believes in: Following the child's interests. Encouraging curiosity and critical thinking. Being fully present and engaged with the child. Respectful, honest communication and strong partnership with their nanny. The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their team and provide loving, thoughtful care while supporting their daughter's growth and development.
Pay:
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
