This vital role involves fostering a safe, stimulating, and loving atmosphere where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive to detail, and passionate about helping children grow into confident and happy individuals. As a Nanny, you will play a key role in supporting families by managing daily routines, encouraging learning through play, and ensuring the well-being of the children at all times. Duties Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that promotes the children's health and happiness Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social skills Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and family preferences Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and outings Monitor children's development milestones and communicate regularly with parents about progress or concerns Manage light household tasks related to children's care, including laundry of toys and clothing Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond promptly to any emergencies or needs Qualifications Previous experience caring for young children in a nanny or childcare setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and children Ability to remain energetic, patient, and positive in a dynamic environment CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment Reliable transportation for outings or errands as needed Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or family needs Join us in creating a joyful space where children can explore their world safely while receiving the attentive care they deserve!
