Role:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Implement Montessori-based educational practices to promote learning through exploration. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hygiene practices. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages learning and play. Support children in developing social skills and emotional intelligence. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and classroom experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience in childcare or a related field is highly desirable. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children. Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus. Must pass background checks and adhere to state licensing requirements. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
