Role:
A professional, organized, and caring Family Assistant is needed to support a busy household with children. The family is currently based in Atlantic Beach and will be relocating to Miami in August. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is flexible, dependable, and interested in growing with the family. Upon relocation, the role will report directly to the House Manager. Responsibilities Assist with children's daily routines: 5 kids•7 years and younger Getting children dressed Bathing children Supporting mealtimes and light meal prep Organize and maintain: Children's bedrooms Children's clothing and closets Playroom Handle children's laundry (washing, folding, organizing) Assist with household organization and packing for relocation Provide light support to mom, including chopping vegetables as needed Maintain an organized and efficient household environment (no deep cleaning required) Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish-speaking is required) Willing and able to relocate to Miami in August. Comfortable signing and adhering to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Reliable, proactive, and highly organized Team player who works well with household staff and parents Able to travel with the family as needed Valid driver's license required (driving required.
