Job Description
A Helping Hand is a small company who specializes in providing group childcare services for special events, conferences, meetings, weddings, and retreats nationwide. These events are comparable to a "kids camp" with arts and crafts, planned activities, themed programs, games, music, dress up, and free play! We are hiring an Event Childcare Lead for an exciting opportunity overseeing one of our children's program in Miami, FL!

- 8:00 PM Sunday, November 8th: 11:00 AM

PM Requirements:
Weekend availability High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 3 years experience working with children 0-17 years old Minimum of 2 years experience in professional management, administration, or like field Physical ability to lift infants and children Physical ability to lead interactive group games and activities Ability to lead and implement a variety of interactive activities while enforcing safety standards and abiding by policies and procedures Ability to physically, visually and audibly respond to urgent circumstances in a prompt and professional manner Willingness to work alongside other Leads as needed and offer collaboratively and positive support Ability to lead by example, support and implement company policies with staff members Skilled with problem solving and decision making Skilled with people management and effective communication Clear criminal history CPR/First Aid Certification upon hire Reliable form of transportation Willingness to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging activities for children
- Lead childcare providers by example and effectively implement company policies
- Maintain private and effective communication with company's administration team.
- Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Draw upon experience in nannying, daycare, and preschool settings to offer high-quality childcare services.
