We are looking for a full time live in nanny here in Ocala, FL to support with our 2 year old daughter (and baby #2 who is due in January), our current nanny unfortunately had to leave us without much notice due to a family emergency so we'd like to find someone respectful, responsible who loves babies & will love on our frenchie as well. We mostly work from home and travel for conferences so we'd be home most of the time while you're caring for our baby, when we do travel you'd be traveling with us as well. (Flights and hotels paid of course) We are offer free housing- your own bedroom & bathroom included + food & phone bill free with a monthly base salary. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and educational activities Support children's developmental milestones through age-appropriate play, learning activities, and social interaction Manage household chores related to childcare, including laundry, organizing toys and supplies, and maintaining a tidy environment Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed Administer basic first aid and CPR in case of emergencies; handle minor injuries with care and professionalism Work with children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and collaborating with family members or specialists Engage in residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning common areas, ensuring the home remains safe and orderly Collaborate closely with parents to communicate daily updates on children's activities and progress
