Schedule:
School Year:
Part-Time (Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM) + occasional school holidays/days off.
Summer:
Full-Time (40 daytime hours/week).
Flexibility Bonus:
Opportunities for 1 evening/week and 1-2 weekend days per month (if desired).
Salary:
$24 - $28/hour (depending on experience)
Description:
About Our Family We are a busy, active family with three energetic boys (ages 12, 10, and 5) who love being outside and staying physically active! Both parents work outside the home, so we are looking for a reliable, structured caregiver to keep our household running smoothly and a collaborative partner to team up with us in raising our boys.
The Role:
A Perfect Blend of Nanny & Family Assistant This is a highly dynamic role that evolves with the seasons. We are looking for someone self-directed who can seamlessly transition between engaging childcare and helpful household support.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Childcare:
Keep the boys engaged, physically active, and outdoors. Facilitate age-appropriate fun!
School Year Routine:
Handle school pickups, provide healthy after-school snacks, and supervise homework.
Summer Planning:
Design a fun daily schedule, plan age-appropriate activities, and prepare lunches.
Family Assistant Duties:
Help keep our busy home organized by managing family laundry, light housekeeping, and preparing a family meal 1-2 times per week.
Transportation:
Safely transport the boys to and from school, sports, and summer activities using a provided family vehicle.

You bring a warm, respectful energy into our home. Structured yet
Flexible:
You can maintain a routine and set clear boundaries for three growing boys, but you easily adapt when plans change.
Self-Directed:
You take initiative. If the boys are at practice or doing homework, you happily jump into family assistant tasks like laundry or meal prep.
Dependable:
You understand that consistency is key for a dual-income family.
Active Role Model:
You love being outside and are excited to run around, play sports, or explore parks with the kids.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (to use the family vehicle). Proven experience working with multiple children (experience with school-age kids and toddlers/kindergartners a major plus). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
