Job Description
Overview Full-Time Nanny (Long-Term) | Tampa, FL | Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-6:00 PM We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Full-Time Nanny to support a warm and active family with three young daughters (infant, toddler, and preschooler). The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple children across developmental stages, creating structured routines, and fostering a safe, engaging, and loving environment. The children are active, curious, and thrive with consistent care, age-appropriate learning, and hands-on play. The ideal nanny will be proactive, organized, and excited to grow with the family long-term. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for an infant, toddler, and preschooler Support daily routines including naps, meals, hygiene, and transitions Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for children Maintain light childcare-related housekeeping (play areas, bottles, laundry, toys) Support developmental milestones and positive behavior guidance Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times Communicate daily updates with parents Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Long-term commitment required with occasional flexibility based on family needs Qualifications Experience caring for multiple children in a private home Strong understanding of infant, toddler, and preschool development CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills Warm, patient, and reliable personality Compensation & How to Apply Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
