Compensation:

Starting at $22+/hour (based on experience and qualifications) About the Position We are seeking a reliable, professional, and nurturing nanny/household assistant to support our family and care for our two daughters (ages 5 and 2). This is a unique role that includes time both in a professional office setting and at home. The ideal candidate has a background in childhood education and enjoys balancing attentive childcare with structured learning.

Responsibilities Childcare & Education:

Provide attentive, engaging care for two children (ages 5 and 2) Assist our 5-year-old with homeschooling worksheets and structured learning activities Encourage age-appropriate development, creativity, and play for both children Maintain a consistent daily routine Office Support (South Tampa): Supervise children in a professional office environment when needed Work within a dedicated, private space designed for comfort and childcare Maintain a calm, organized, and professional presence Home Support (Carrollwood): Light housekeeping (tidying, children's laundry, basic organization) Help maintain a clean, organized home environment Office Environment The office includes a separate, spacious childcare area with its own private entrance , designed to feel like a large living room rather than a traditional office space. This provides a comfortable, relaxed environment for both the children and caregiver. Qualifications Preferred background in childhood education or related field Prior nanny or childcare experience required (experience with multiple young children preferred) Comfortable supporting early childhood learning / homeschooling Clean driving record (required) Reliable transportation Must be comfortable around dogs Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working in both home and office settings Schedule Full-time weekday position Typical hours range from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM , depending on whether the day is based in the home or office Additional Details We are looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy, and proactive—someone who can provide both nurturing care and structured support for our child's early education.
