Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nanny/Household Manager to join a vibrant household dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children and maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient home. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on childcare with household management responsibilities, ensuring the well-being of children with diverse needs while keeping the household running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, as well as managing household tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule Hours will vary from 7am-5pm weekly with a set schedule about 1 week in advanced. Minimum is $400 a week, average $500. Duties Provide attentive and personalized childcare for two (2) children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. Assist with age-appropriate activities, educational play, and age-appropriate learning experiences that foster growth and curiosity. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences, incorporating household meal planning and preparation skills. Perform residential housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, organizing toys and supplies, and maintaining a tidy living environment. Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations following safety protocols; ensure all safety measures are upheld within the home. Experience Proven nannying experience in private homes or daycare settings working with multiple children across different age groups. Demonstrated expertise in infant care, toddler care, and preschool education strategies. Strong background in household management including residential housekeeping and organization skills. Certified in first aid and CPR; familiarity with caregiving best practices for emergency response. Prior experience providing babysitting services or working in daycare environments that emphasize child development and safety protocol Ability to handle personal transportation responsibilities reliably while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet family needs.
